The CT concepts team did a great job on my car cx5. Top notch customer service even after work is done. The car looks just as new and very pleased with their work, they worked with statefarm insurance and value. Very pleased to be referred to CT concepts by my friend.

Great price without sacrificing quality. Jarret and the team at CT Concepts are honest about repairs, honest with their prices, and good at what they do. Fixed our Audi like the scratch never happened.

I cannot say enough good things about CT Concepts Paint and Body! When my 2023 Nissan Frontier PRO4X took a hit to the front driver’s side bumper from road debris, I was worried about finding a shop that could truly restore it to its original condition. Thankfully, I found CT Concepts, and they exceeded every expectation! From the very first conversation with Jarrett, I knew I was in good hands. I sent over some pictures of the damage, and he quickly responded with honest, straightforward recommendations. There were no gimmicks, no hidden fees—just expert advice and a clear plan. Once I brought my truck in, Jarrett worked incredibly fast, and the results were absolutely flawless. My truck looks brand new, as if nothing had ever happened. Finding a trustworthy and skilled body shop is rare, but CT Concepts Paint and Body has earned my complete loyalty. Jarrett is a true professional, and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for bodywork. If you want fast, reliable, and high-quality repairs with no nonsense, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommended!

I highly recommend them. Honest, fair and professional. Rare to find these days. My wife lightly scratched the car and broke a clip on the bumper. I knew it was an easy fix but didnt want to risk doing it myself. 3 body shops told me I had to replace the bumper, repaint etc etc, even though I asked if replacing the clip and reusing the existing bumper would work. All 3 quotes were over $2k parts & labor and they only wanted insurance jobs. My wife randomly found this place. We checked it out. They said the same thing I did. Replace the clip, wipe off the dirt, screw it back together, keep it moving. They solved it at a fraction of the cost, no painting involved. No need to go anywhere else. These guys have made me a lifelong customer. Thanks Jarrett & team.

Anyone willing to fix their mistake from five (5) years ago will earn my business, every...single...time! I've been in sales my entire career and I've always taken great pride in standing behind my work. It isn't always easy, especially when I have to own up to mistakes I've made. Therefore I genuinely appreciate working with someone who is willing to do the same. I also think it's our responsibility to reward the kind of behaviors we want repeated. So here goes: In 2018 I chose CT Concepts to repair and repaint both my hood and my trunk following some hail damage. They did a great job at the time and we went our separate ways. A few years later I noticed the paint on those same sections started looking a little dull. Another year or two and the paint was peeling and flaking off like crazy. I couldn't even recall the name of the place that did the work and only happened to recognize their name while cleaning out years of old emails a few weeks ago. I looked them up to see if they were still around and they were. So I called them...all they could do is tell me no, right? When I called, I learned the company was sold 2-3 years earlier and was under new ownership. I tho
